Book Review: Star Wars Canon Novels

Hello, Fellow Book Worms and Book Dragons!

The Force... it binds us and surrounds us. And since 2015 the Force has been strong with Star Wars fans worldwide as Disney unveiled its new, streamlined canon. Out were the many stories written over the past thirty years, and in was a media-spanning canon.

Comic books, movies, novels, and television series became a combined universe, referring to one another to tell us the story of a Galaxy Far, Far Away. As I began to be immersed in this amazing, new universe I was happy to see that Star Wars fans were helming this ambitious project by Disney-Lucasfilm. Many authors were brought in to write canon novels who have been fans of Star Wars for decades.

In December of this year Star Wars: Episode VIII- The Last Jedi will enter theaters. But before that event many novels have been announced that will further deliver clues to burning questions from The Force Awakens, like who are Rey's parents.

Starting 2015 I began to read the newest canon material. I read and reviewed several novels here. Below are those books.

 Have fun reading this week.
