Hello, Fellow Book Worms and Book Dragons!   I am one of the few in the universe that ha ve not read all of the Harry Potter novels. B efore you shake an accusatory finger at me, let me preface by saying that I have read and reviewed The Sorcerer's Stone and Chamber of Secrets . My goa l in 2019 is read the remaining books in the series, as well as t he play. F ind your spell books, pack your robes, and get ready for a trip on the Knight Bus as Harry Pot ter and company head into a mystery that will change Harry's life forever.   Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is J.K. Hello, Fellow Book Worms and Book Dragons !   To many Harry P otter was their childhood; a n amazing series of magical books that captured the imagination. I was not a child when the series was released , but ne vertheless I have loved the Harry Potter franchise through film and merchan dis ing. Beginning in 2016 I decided to read the Harry Potter Series for the first time and I was not sure what to expect. The movies were amazing and I have watched them numerous times. I am one to always say that a book is better than the film, and Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone proved that to me. As wonderful as the movie is , the original sour ce material was definitely filled with more adventure . I have wanted to cont inue reading the series, and now I have finished book two.   Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is written by J.K. Rowling, and is published by Arthur A. Levine books, an imprint of Scholastic Books. Harry Potter is back at 4 Priv et Drive...

I enjoy how every week this group brings the book community together. Great fun!   This week's question asks: What are your Top 5 Reading Resolutions? I always love the turning of the year. I feel revitalized and feel that I can now begin with a clean slate. Here are my Top Five Reading Resolutions: Visit my local libraries more often- I have several libraries in my area that have a lot of great programs that I would like to attend. I fell out of that habit once the holidays began to arrive. Donate books to charity that I do not plan to read- I have a lot of book...

I enjoy how every week this group brings the book community together. Great fun!   This week's question asks: What are your Top 5 Favorite Childhood Reads?     While I was gro wing up I loved reading books. The Scholastic Book Fair that a nnually occured at my elementary school was an epic part of my life at a kid. I would always get involved with read-a-thons and always had my book reports in on time. My teachers would reward readers with small trinkets like stickers o r candy pieces, and the library was always my haunt before and after school. When my elementary school was set to be demolished I knew that I had to visit one last time while it was open before the fences went up and the cranes got to work with the w rec king ...
