Top 5 Wednesday- A Fictional Characters New Year's Eve Party

Hello, Fellow Book Worms and Book Dragons !   Top 5 Wednesday is a Goodreads Book Club that meets weekly to answer questions presented.  Our moderators are YouTubers, Lainey (GingerReadsLainey) and Samantha (ThoughtsOnTomes). I enjoy how every week this group brings the book community together. Great fun!   This week's question asks: What are your Top 5 Fictional Char acters that you would invite to a New Year's Eve Party? Ellen Ripley from Alien: Into the Shadows- Inviting Ripley to your party would be a wise move. She would b e a wesome sec urity. Rubeus Hagrid from Harry Potter- Lovable Hagrid would be fun to have around for New Year's. Just have enough food.  Lucky Santagelo from the Chances Series- Keep an eye on your man with Lucky around. Hello, Fellow Book Worms and Book Dragons !   Tuesday Talks is an wonderful group on Goodreads that is a weekly discussion forum created by BookTubers Janie Johnson and her pal, Janelle. It is a fun and active group to be a part of.    This week's question is: Do you have any buzz words that determine what books you buy or do not buy ?     I am the ty p e of reader that loves buzz words. Ha ha, who am I kidding, I choose books with pretty covers, as well. The buzz words that I look for in a book are: First-time author (I love the feeling of discovering new a uthors) N ew series ( a new series from a favorite author is filled with possibilities. If I have enjoyed a past series from an author , then I will definitely buy the first book of a new series) New York Times Best-Selling (yes, guilty as charged. If I see this on a book's cover I will automati cally want to read it. I figure if they are on that best-seller list, then they must be awe...
