Hello, Fellow Book Worms and Book Dragons!   I am one of the few in the universe that ha ve not read all of the Harry Potter novels. B efore you shake an accusatory finger at me, let me preface by saying that I have read and reviewed The Sorcerer's Stone and Chamber of Secrets . My goa l in 2019 is read the remaining books in the series, as well as t he play. This will be done in conjunction with my career as a Medical Assistant, as I will be reading to a patient of mine with Alzheimer's . Hello, Fellow Book Worms and Book Dragons !   To many Harry P otter was their childhood; a n amazing series of magical books that captured the imagination. I was not a child when the series was released , but ne vertheless I have loved the Harry Potter franchise through film and merchan dis ing. Beginning in 2016 I decided to read the Harry Potter Series for the first time and I was not sure what to expect. The movies were amazing and I have watched them numerous times. I am one to always say that a book is better than the film, and Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone proved that to me. As wonderful as the movie is , the original sour ce material was definitely filled with more adventure .  Hello, Book Worms and Book Dragons,   Halloween is my favorite holiday of t he year. I love to make popcorn balls, drink cider, and carve pumpkins. And I love reading scary books and watching horror films.    When I saw this book tag circulating through the book community I had to answer the questions. Without further ado: The Halloween Book Tag   Carving Pumpkins (what book would you carve up and light on fire?) Fifty Shades of Grey by E.L. James. I found this book to be rather boring and it never caught my attention. The narrative reads like fan fiction (of which it was made from) , and the characters say some pretty silly dialogue.
