Hello, Fellow Book Worms and Book Dragons,   I will first start by saying that I enjoyed the Rise of Skywalker. I felt it fixed many issues from the Force Awakens and Last Jedi and gave the fans a satisfying end to the Skywalker Saga. But if viewers were not readers of the other Star Wars media, such as comics and books, the Rise of Skywalker may have been confusing. From Palpatine's return to the Force Dyad, there was a lot to unpack, and not a lot of explanations to back up the many questions that surfaced.   I wanted to share with my readers my thoughts on the entire new trilogy before I read the expanded novel by Rae Carson. Remember, these are my opinions and are not meant to tell you how to enjoy your fandom.  Here are ten observations I came away from the new trilogy with: 1. Captain Phasma- she was a cool character that was vastly underused in the films. Her armor's capability, training, and even escape from Stark...

Hello, Fellow Book Worms and Book Dragons,   Since December 2015, the enigmatic character of Rey has captivated audiences of all ages. This strong-willed scavenger from the desert planet Jakku surprised Star Wars fans (and the First Order) with her Force-wielding abilities. And with her academy-level knowledge of starships and vehicles, she drove the Millenium Falcon expertly. She also built her own speeder to transport salvage to Niima Outpost to exchange for rations. She speaks fluent droid and is fairly skilled at hand-to-hand combat with her staff. Fans worldwide have offered their assessment of the origins of the franchise's latest dynamic lead. Then finally, with the Rise of Skywalker, Rey's full story was told, which I will cover here. Spoilers for Episode IX ahead.        Using the current canon books and various media, it is time for me to share with you what I have discovered about the galaxy's most mysterious...

She feels often alone in her fight, even though she was recruited by General Leia Organa. With her sister, Paige, killed during the Battle of D'Qar, she is all that is left of Cobalt Squadron. As Leia and the remaining Resistance forces flee from Crait, Rose's future remains to be seen by audiences in December of 2019 when the Rise of Skywalker arrives in theaters. Let us delve into the life of this heroic new addition to the Star Wars universe.   Now, using the current canon books and various media, it is time for me to share with you what I have discovered about this feisty Resistance Tech. This analysis is meant to be a fun way to speculate, and celebrate one of Star Wars' newest heroes. I will revise this analysis as I read more canon material. Speculati...

Hello, Fellow Book Worms and Book Dragons,      Luke Skywalker, legendary Jedi Master and Rebel leader. He has surpassed his meager begins on Tatooine to become a myth that is whispered in tales across the galaxy. He is the son of the Sith Lord, Darth Vader (Anakin Skywalker), and he is the twin brother of Resistance leader, General Leia Organa. Decades of turmoil and tragedy led him into exile on the planet of Ahch-To. As the dark cloak of war once again blanketed the galaxy, Luke valiantly sacrificed his life to save the Resistance from the First Order. Now one with the Force, Luke Skywalker is not only a legend, but beacon of hope for those who oppose the First Order.    Now, using the current canon books and various media, it is time for me to share with you what I have discovered about the galaxy's most famous Jedi Master. Regardless of whether you may agree or not, this analysis is meant to be a fun way to speculate, and celebrat...
