My Book Blog 10 Year Anniversary- My Favorite Full-Cast Audiobooks

Hello, Fellow Book Worms and Book Dragons,

      I decided to share my reading and writing journey ten years ago this November. Reaching millions of readers a year, this labor of love has brought me great joy. I also love to see how my writing has improved over the years. 

  Here are two of my favorite audiobooks in nearly a decade of blogging about books.

  • Alien: Out of the Shadows- this full-cast production of  Tim Lebbon's novel is set between Alien and Aliens. It features special effects and a talented cast led by Laurel Lefkow and Rutger Hauer. When Ellen Ripley's escape ship encounters the mining vessel, Marion, she is forced out of cryo-sleep. What she discovers is that Xenomorphs may have infiltrated Marion. 
  • Daisy Jones & the Six- this epic rockumentary-style novel depicts the tumultuous road to stardom for an American band in the 1970s. Daisy Jones is a wild woman on the road to fame. Through drug addiction, world tours, and an abusive husband, she perseveres. But when she meets Billy Dunne and his group the Six, she is entangled in a story expertly told by a documentarian who interviews the band for a new project. The full-cast audiobook is led by Jennifer Beals as Daisy. It also has snippets of the songs at the end for the listener.
