June Wrap-Up and JulyTBR

Hello, Fellow Book Worms and Book Dragons!

June in 2019 was fast, fun, and filled with surprises. However I did manage to read six books. I attended BookCon in New York City, sticking to my plan of not documenting my trip, but enjoying it. I met some awesome authors, spent time with a long-time friend of mine from middle school, and got to reconnect with Manhattan.

I was a part of my first author Blog Tour for the Path Keeper by N.J. Simmonds. This event was a lot of fun and I loved having new readers visit my blog to read my review.  A special thanks to Anne Cater for inviting me to be a part of this wonderful tour.

And what is June without a Scholastic Warehouse Sale? I attended this opening weekend in the Danbury, CT facility. I loved the new set up and the staff was very helpful. Always support a local Scholastic Book Fair in your schools and your city. Child readers were plentiful at this event, and it was amazing to see the little ones and their books.

I may not have read all of the books on my TBR this month, but I did participate in many bookish events. The month of June is always eventful and this year was no different.
