Top 5 Wednesday: Books That You Will Never Read

Hello, Fellow Book Worms and Book Dragons!

Top 5 Wednesday is a Goodreads Book Club that meets weekly to answer questions presented.  Our moderators are YouTubers, Lainey (GingerReadsLainey) and Samantha (ThoughtsOnTomes). I enjoy how every week this group brings the book community together. Great fun!

This week's question asks: What are your Top 5 books that you will never read?

  1. Fifty Shades of Gray Series by E.L. James- this is a series I tried because of the hype. But I found the writing very amateurish, and the plot was a bit predictable.
  2. The Twilight Series by Stephenie Meyer- sparkly vampires and teen angst really do not appeal to me.
  3. The Maze Runner Series by James Dashner- this dystopian series has its merits, however the story seems too much like other series out there.
  4. The Winds of War by Herman Wouk- this first book in the Henry series captivated me as a a kid when it was a mini-series on television. However the actual book is quite the task to take on, being over one thousand pages long.
  5. The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas- this book I have no interest in reading. From what I have heard in the book community, it is rather slow and tough to get through.

Have fun reading this week. Let me know in the comments below what comics you are reading.

Also please follow me on my social media platforms, and enjoy shopping with me at eBay and the Book Depository.

Because there is always time to read,
